Excited to be an official brand ambassador for Inspire Now Daily!

In January 2019 I was looking for a new diary to help me organise my business, personal life and give me something a little bit extra. Luckily for me, I stumbled across the Inspire Now Daily journal and haven’t looked back since.

In this blog post, I share what I love about it and why I’m thrilled to be sharing the joy using it brings with others.

If you’re a busy working Mum or just have a hectic life, it can be hard to keep up with everything that’s going on…work, appointments, life admin, kids’ activities plus taking the time out to journal and be grateful for the small things. Oh and celebrate what you achieve on a weekly basis and set short and long-term goals.

Not easy.

But what I found is the Inspire Now Journal helps with all of the above and I love filling it out (anyone else still love writing with a pen or pencil and not having everything on a screen?)!

Here's what using it has helped me achieve:

The journal is compartmentalised to easily separate out your goals for the week (in relation to career & finance, health & wellness, family & social, personal development & learning, spiritual and physical environment) together with daily pages that help you complete small tasks every day. You can plot your appointments, one task you must complete before anything else, top 3 tasks, reminders, and more.

By filling out the pages each week and day I am able to be focused, get stuff done, be reminded of important appointments, inspirational quotes and be grateful.

It’s been amazing at helping form daily routines and habits. For example, one of my short-term goals was to read more (less screen time) and get to bed by 11 pm every night. After realising that sleep is precious and noticing my productivity levels were much better if I got to bed earlier I wanted to commit to making those changes and stick to them. So I added them into my habit tracker which you fill in at the start of each week.

What I discovered was having something written down and a box you needed to tick if you completed the task was a real motivator. Almost as if you were having to answer to someone if you didn’t do it. I didn’t want to have to put an X in the box!

So now each night I always make sure I’m in bed before the clock strikes 11 and have my book by the side ready to read. Years ago I tried consistently to achieve the above but failed miserably.

I found by using the weekly reflections page you can see what you’ve got done and record the progress you’ve made. It’s been fantastic at resetting my mindset to focus on what you have achieved as opposed to what you haven’t! It’s also a great way to note what you’ve learnt. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve learned valuable lessons around my copywriting business which I’ve been able to draw from in future weeks.

I’m so proud of the changes I've made to my life by following some of the simple suggestions made.

After using it for the past 3 years I’m honoured to be a Brand Ambassador for Inspire Now Daily!

It's amazing to be a small part of a brand I love so much and am excited to be able to share a product that helps others to become the best version or vision of themselves.

It is a commitment though. Like anything, you have to invest the time to make the journal work for you. But you get out what you put in.
